About Me

I graduated from the University of Illinois - Chicago in 2013 with a BS in Biochemistry. Since then I have garnered 10+ years of strength and conditioning experience. Throughout college and since, I have found so much joy in the fitness lifestyle and culture. Spending hours of time researching lifting techniques and styles as well as nutritional and supplemental research articles. As a father of three, I have historically used every excuse possible for why I didn't apply this knowledge to become something more. November 1st 2023, I adopted the 75 hard playbook as my full time lifestyle and haven’t looked back. In doing so, I realized that I was meant to inspire this same change in anyone who desired as much. I then worked to become an ISSA-CPT in my free time so I could make this dream a reality. It was at this point that Ascend Lifestyle was born. Since becoming certified in personal training, I have continued with my education, becoming a certified nutrition coach. The offerings I bring to my clients continues to grow with time.
